Abstract

У магістерській кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано стан управління документального забезпечення на прикладі Міністерства розвитку громад та територій України. Під час написання роботи було зроблено цілісний аналіз системи документального забезпечення, проаналізовано стан електронного документообігу та рівень цифрових документів. Також, вказано на можливі ризики, пов’язані із кіберзагрозою та Ddos атаками на сайт Міністерства та систему електронного документообігу в цілому. На прикладі роботи із документами та системою документального забезпечення ми проаналізували особливості документального забезпечення центральних органів виконавчої влади; з’ясували організаційно-документаційну характеристику Міністерства розвитку громад та територій України; охарактеризували стан управління документального забезпечення Міністерства розвитку громад та територій України.

The master's thesis analyzes the state of document management using the example of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine. During the writing of the thesis, a comprehensive analysis of the document management system was carried out, and the state of electronic document management and the level of digital documents were analyzed. It also points out the possible risks associated with cyber threats and DDoS attacks on the Ministry's website and the electronic document management system as a whole. Using the example of working with documents and the document management system, we analyzed the features of document management in central executive bodies; identified the organizational and documentary characteristics of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine; and described the state of document management at the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
