У дипломній роботі досліджуються психологічні особливості ціннісної
сфери сучасної молоді різних соціальних груп. Теоретично обґрунтовано
поняття, структуру та функції ціннісної сфери особистості, проаналізовано
соціальні фактори формування та трансформації цінностей молоді, розглянуто
теоретичні підходи до класифікації та типологізації ціннісних орієнтацій.
Проведено емпіричне дослідження відмінностей у ціннісних орієнтаціях
студентів, працюючої молоді та молоді у пошуку себе. Виявлено, що для
студентів характерне домінування цінностей свободи, любові та творчості; для
працюючої молоді – здоров'я, безпеки сім'ї, професійної самореалізації; для
молоді у пошуку себе – свободи, осмисленості існування та різноманіття життя.
Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підтримки та розвитку гармонійної
ціннісної сфери молоді.
The thesis examines the psychological features of the value sphere of modern
youth from different social groups. The concept, structure, and functions of the
personality's value sphere are theoretically substantiated, social factors of formation
and transformation of youth values are analyzed, and theoretical approaches to the
classification and typology of value orientations are considered. An empirical study of
differences in value orientations of students, working youth, and youth in search of
themselves was conducted. It was found that students are characterized by the
dominance of values of freedom, love, and creativity; working youth - health, family
safety, professional self-realization; youth in search of themselves - freedom,

meaningfulness of existence, and diversity of life. Practical recommendations for
supporting and developing a harmonious value sphere of youth have been developed.
