В роботі узагальнено теоретичні основи впливу політичної культури
суспільства на діяльність органів публічної влади. Розглянуто фрагментацію
комунікації в політичній культурі в Інтернеті, мережевий принцип організації
взаємодії громадян як спосіб досягнення згоди, місто як інтегратор
громадянської спільноти. Визначено напрями удосконалення мережевої
комунікації в міському співтоваристві.
The work summarizes the theoretical foundations of the influence of the
political culture of society on the activities of public authorities. The fragmentation
of communication in political culture on the Internet, the network principle of
organizing citizen interaction as a way of achieving agreement, and the city as an
integrator of the civil community are considered. The directions for improving
network communication in the urban community have been determined.
