Загуменний О.А. Самоменеджмент та саморозвиток в роботі сучасного
керівника
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню самоменеджменту та
саморозвитку як ключових факторів ефективності сучасного керівника. У
роботі розглянуто концептуальні основи самоменеджменту, його роль у
професійній діяльності керівника та вплив на прийняття рішень, мотивацію та
продуктивність.
Особливу увагу приділено стратегіям саморозвитку, зокрема тайм-
менеджменту, емоційному інтелекту, управлінню стресом та професійному
навчанню. Досліджено взаємозв’язок між рівнем самоменеджменту та
ефективністю управлінської діяльності на основі сучасних наукових підходів і
практичних кейсів. За результатами проведеного аналізу компанії
запропоновано основні напрямки вдосконалення самоменеджменту керівника
на прикладі компанії “Інтертоп”
Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в управлінській
практиці для підвищення особистої ефективності керівників та розвитку їхніх
професійних компетенцій.

Zagumenny O.A. Self-management and self-development in the work of a
modern manager
The qualification work is devoted to the study of self-management and self-
development as key factors of the effectiveness of a modern manager. The work
considers the conceptual foundations of self-management, its role in the professional
activity of a manager and its impact on decision-making, motivation and productivity.
Particular attention is paid to self-development strategies, in particular time
management, emotional intelligence, stress management and professional training.
The relationship between the level of self-management and the effectiveness of
managerial activity is studied on the basis of modern scientific approaches and
practical cases. Based on the results of the analysis of the company, the main
directions for improving the self-management of a manager are proposed using the
example of the company “Intertop”
The results of the study can be used in management practice to increase the
personal effectiveness of managers and develop their professional competencies.
