Метою дипломної роботи є вивчення соціально-психологічних
особливостей спілкування підлітка у мережі інтернету, в різних соціальних
ролях. Об'єкт дослідження: спілкування підлітка як соціально-психологічне
явище. Предмет дослідження: соціально-психологічні особливості спілкування
у підлітковому віці.
У першому розділі дипломної роботи розкриті поняття спілкування,
особливості спілкування підлітків з оточуючими, а саме дорослими
та однолітками, та особливості спілкування підлітків в мережі інтернету.
У другому розділі викладений теоретичний аналіз сучасних емпіричних
досліджень.
У третьому розділі за результатами аналізу теоретичних досліджень було
створено практичні рекомендації щодо покращення спілкування підлітків,
а також створений авторський тренінг з ціллю надання підліткам інструментарію
для покращення самопочуття при спілкуванні з оточуючими
The method of the diploma work is the study of social and psychological
characteristics of communication of a teenager on the Internet, in various social roles.
The object of the study: adolescent communication as a socio-psychological
phenomenon. The subject of the research: social and psychological features of
communication in adolescence.
In the first chapter of the diploma thesis, the concept of communication, features
of communication between teenagers with others, namely adults and peers, and
features of communication of teenagers on the Internet are disclosed.
The second chapter presents a theoretical analysis of modern empirical research.
In the third section, based on the results of the analysis of theoretical studies,
practical recommendations were created to improve the communication of teenagers,
as well as an author's training was created with the aim of providing teenagers with
tools to improve their well-being when communicating with others.
