The work considers the improvement of the system of electronic provision of
documentation support of the institution at the local level. During the writing of the
work, the theoretical foundations of the system of electronic provision of
documentation support were considered; the existing systems of electronic provision
of documentary support were analyzed (using the example of the Information and
Reference Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine); identified ways to
improve the system of electronic provision of documentation in the Information and
Reference Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
