Актуальність теми магістерської роботи зумовлена змінами, що притаманні бібліотечній сфері в умовах цифрової трансформації. Про поступове охоплення всіх рівнів бібліотечної системи України свідчить аналіз цифровізації, поданий у дослідженні. Ми переконані, що сучасні бібліотеки розуміють необхідність оновлювати традиційні підходи до обслуговування, адже роль бібліотеки вже давно вийшла за межі класичного сховища інформації та перетворилася на багатофункціональний комунікаційний центр, що активно використовує інноваційні цифрові технології, зокрема чат-боти, як це підкреслено в матеріалах вступу та першого розділу роботи .
The relevance of the topic of the master's thesis is determined by the changes inherent in the library sector in the context of digital transformation. The analysis of digitization presented in the study shows the gradual coverage of all levels of the library system in Ukraine. We are convinced that modern libraries understand the need to update traditional approaches to service, because the role of the library has long gone beyond that of a classic repository of information and has become a multifunctional communication center that actively uses innovative digital technologies, in particular chatbots, as emphasized in the introduction and the first chapter of the thesis.
