Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розкриттю зв’язку між емоційним
інтелектом та розвитком лідерських якостей у студентів в контексті освітнього
середовища. Здійснено ретроспективний аналіз структури та функцій емоційного
інтелекту, проаналізовано здобутки вітчизняних і зарубіжних авторів стосовно
проблеми досліджень емоційного інтелекту. Проаналізовано психологічні
підходи до розуміння феномену лідерства та його складових. У ході проведення
емпіричного дослідження виявлено рівень розвиненості лідерських здібностей у
студентів. Практична значущість роботи полягає у розробці психологопедагогічної програми, що містить соціально-психологічні тренінги, спрямовані
на розвиток та удосконалення лідерського потенціалу студентів вищої освіти.
The qualification work is devoted to revealing the connection between
emotional intelligence and the development of leadership qualities in students in the
context of the educational environment. A retrospective analysis of the structure and
functions of emotional intelligence was carried out, the achievements of domestic and
foreign authors on the problem of research on emotional intelligence were analyzed.
Psychological approaches to understanding the phenomenon of leadership and its
components were analyzed. In the course of conducting an empirical study, the level
of development of leadership abilities in students was revealed. The practical
significance of the work lies in the development of a psychological and pedagogical
program containing socio-psychological trainings aimed at the development and
improvement of the leadership potential of higher education students.
