У роботі аналізуються теоретичні положення, практичні аспекти та проблеми, пов’язані з обліком заробітної плати в державних установах України.
Під час написання роботи було визначено основні джерела та причини помилок в облікових процесах, проведено аналіз облікової діяльності Державної іпотечної установи, розроблено рекомендації щодо мінімізації помилок шляхом впровадження автоматизації, вдосконалення внутрішнього контролю, оптимізації обміну інформацією між підрозділами та підвищення кваліфікації працівників.

The paper analyses theoretical provisions, practical aspects, and challenges related to payroll accounting in public institutions in Ukraine.
The study identifies the main sources and causes of errors in accounting processes, conducts an analysis of payroll accounting activities in the State Mortgage Institution, and develops recommendations for minimizing errors through the implementation of automation, improvement of internal control, optimization of communication between departments, and enhancement of staff qualifications.
