28 лютого 2025 року набрав чинності Закон України «Про особливості регулювання діяльності юридичних осіб окремих організаційноправових форм у перехідний період та об'єднань юридичних осіб»
(надалі закон № 4196-IX), який запустив процедуру реформування
великого сектору національної економіки. Одним із ключових наслідків
набуття чинності законом № 4196-IX є скасування Господарського
кодексу України (ГКУ) (з 28.08.2025 року), а також внесенням змін
до Цивільного кодексу України (ЦКУ) та ряду інших нормативноправових актів, які регулюють діяльність юридичних осіб різних
організаційно-правових форм
On February 28, 2025, the Law of Ukraine “On the Specifics of Regulating the Activities of Legal Entities of Certain Organizational and Legal Forms During the Transition Period and Associations of Legal Entities”
(hereinafter “Law No. 4196-IX”) entered into force, launching the process of reforming

Code of Ukraine (CCU) (effective August 28, 2025), as well as amendments
