Abstract

У статті на основі аналізу документів, публікацій наукових періодичних видань, монографічних досліджень, авторських досліджень презентовано актуальність критичного мислення в професійній діяльності юриста під час агресії Росії проти України. Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти критичного мислення, його важливість умовах агресії Росії проти України для протидії інформаційно-психологічного впливу в процесі виконання професійних обов’язків юриста. Встановлено, що важливим елементом покращення здатності до критичного мислення особливо серед практичних юристів, є освіта та державна політика щодо освіти. Медіа культура молоді залишається актуальною проблемою в умовах потужного ідеологічного проросійського впливу.

The article, based on the analysis of documents, publications of scientific periodicals, monographic studies, author's studies, presents the relevance of critical thinking in the professional activity of a lawyer during Russia's aggression against Ukraine. The theoretical aspects of critical thinking, its importance in the conditions of Russia's aggression against Ukraine are considered. In particular, the importance of the ability to rethink, evaluate the available information, and formulate an evaluative judgment in the process of performing the professional duties of a lawyer was noted. It has been established that an important element of counteracting informational and psychological influence on the part of the aggressor and improving the ability to think critically, especially among practicing lawyers, is education and state policy on education. Legal education should not lose its status, because in the case of attempts at hostile manipulation, it is the only source that constitutes the basic competences that must be formed. Media culture of youth remains an urgent problem in the conditions of powerful pro-Russian ideological influence, aimed at distorting the values and meanings of Ukrainian society, destroying national identity, and therefore it is necessary to develop the ability for critical thinking among students, especially students of law faculties, and especially in conditions of information warfare , to prevent enemy propaganda.
