Психокорекція стресових станів здобувачів вищої освіти в умовах війни

Abstract

У роботі здійснено комплексний аналіз проблеми психокорекції стресових станів здобувачів вищої освіти в умовах війни, висвітлено психологічні механізми впливу воєнних стресорів на емоційно-поведінкову сферу студентської молоді. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено та апробовано програму психокорекції стресових станів, доведено її ефективність за допомогою кількісного аналізу динаміки показників до і після впровадження програми, що підтвердило позитивний вплив цілеспрямованої психокорекційної роботи на психологічний стан студентів у воєнних умовах.

The work carries out a comprehensive analysis of the problem of psychocorrection of stress states of higher education students in wartime, highlights the psychological mechanisms of the influence of war stressors on the emotional and behavioral sphere of student youth, and outlines the theoretical and methodological principles of studying stress and means of overcoming it. Based on the results obtained, a program of psychocorrection of stress states was developed and tested, its effectiveness was proven by quantitative analysis of the dynamics of indicators before and after the implementation of the program, which confirmed the positive impact of targeted psychocorrection work on the psychological state of students in wartime.
