This master’s thesis is devoted to the theoretical justification and empirical study of the application of training technologies as an effective means of preventing crises in an individual’s professional development in the context of contemporary challenges and socioeconomic instability. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes scientific approaches to understanding the essence of professional development, professionogenesis, and professionalization. Within the framework of the empirical study, factors leading to the emergence of professional crises were identified. A high prevalence of emotional burnout syndrome, a high level of perceived stress, and a decline in professional motivation under the influence of external adverse factors (in particular, martial law) were established. A specialized training program for the prevention of professional development crises was developed and tested, aimed at increasing stress resilience, forming constructive coping strategies and restoring an individual’s internal resources.
