трансформації від антропоцентричних моделей до концепції біоцифрової конвергенції;
Based on interdisciplinary methodological approaches and
contemporary scientific perspectives, this monograph provides a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of organoid
intelligence as a new stage in the development of the bio-digital era. It examines ontological
transformations from anthropocentric models to the concept of bio-digital convergence;
it raises questions regarding the ethical imperatives and challenges accompanying
the research and practical application of organoid systems. The authors propose an
original model of an ethical and legal protocol for regulating organoid intelligence, which combines
aspects of human rights, bioethics and cyberlaw. A critical analysis is carried out
of the proposed model, and prospects for its improvement in the context of
rapid technological change are outlined.
This publication is aimed at philosophers, lawyers, bioethicists, information
technology specialists, researchers in the field of biomedicine, students of humanities and technical
disciplines, as well as anyone interested in the issues of ethical and legal
regulation in the era of bio-digital innovation.
