У роботі розкрито сутність політичної культури та її вплив на
функціонування органів публічної влади. Виділено основні соціальні механізми
формування політичних орієнтацій громадян, зокрема політичну соціалізацію,
ціннісні орієнтації та роль соціальних інститутів. Запропоновано стратегічні
напрями розвитку демократичної політичної культури через освітні,
комунікаційні та інституційні заходи, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності
публічного управління.
This paper defines the essence of political culture and its influence on the
functioning of public authorities. The main social mechanisms of forming political
orientations of citizens are highlighted, in particular political socialization, value
orientations and the role of social institutions. Strategic directions for the
development of democratic political culture through educational, communication and
institutional measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of public administration are
proposed.
