У роботі досліджується вплив технологій ресоціалізації на
інтеграцію військовослужбовців-учасників бойових дій у мирне
суспільство. Проводиться аналіз теоретико-методологічних засад
ресоціалізації, адаптації та реабілітації, виявляються чинники, що
сприяють або заважають ефективній ресоціалізації військових. В процесі
дослідження використовуються як теоретичні підходи, так і емпіричні
дані, отримані з власного скринінгового опитування, що дозволяє
виділити основні труднощі та перепони у процесі ресоціалізації. Робота
також містить пропозиції щодо вдосконалення технологій ресоціалізації,
зокрема, через соціальну підтримку, психологічну допомогу, медичну
реабілітацію та професійну перепідготовку. Окрім цього, висвітлено роль
соціальних працівників у підтримці та супроводі військовослужбовців
протягом ресоціалізаційного процесу.
The work investigates the impact of resocialization technologies on the integration of military personnel participating in hostilities into peaceful society. The theoretical and methodological principles of resocialization, adaptation, and rehabilitation are analyzed, and factors that contribute to or hinder the effective resocialization of military personnel are identified. The research process uses both theoretical approaches and empirical data obtained from our own screening survey, which allows us to identify the main difficulties and obstacles in the process of resocialization. The work also contains proposals for improving resocialization technologies, in particular, through social support, psychological assistance, medical rehabilitation and professional retraining. In addition, the role of social workers in supporting and accompanying military personnel during the resocialization process is highlighted.
