The paper examines the information provision of the enterprise's activities through the organization of electronic document flow. During the writing of the work, the theoretical foundations of the organization of electronic document flow at the enterprise were considered; the activities of the Bilovodsk settlement military administration of the Starobil district of the Luhansk region and its needs in electronic document management were analyzed; ways of optimizing the electronic document circulation in the Bilovodsk settlement military administration were identified
