The mechanisms of electronic provision of documentation support of a
modern institution are investigated in the work. During the writing of the work the
theoretical bases of the organization of work of mechanisms of electronic rendering
of documentary maintenance were considered; the system of electronic provision of
documentation support of a modern institution has been studied (on the example of
the Additional Liability Company Insurance Company "USA"); the ways of
improving the mechanisms of providing documentation for a modern institution are
highlighted.
